McDonald’s supports its employees financially by providing those of them who are students with scholarships if they qualify.It provides its employees with continued training and fringe benefits( full time employees).It was, however, sued by employees for violating some labor laws.It is paying most of its employees (non-managers)the state minimum wage which could be as low as $6/hour.To lift up the morale and the productivity of the company,McDonald’s honors its top managers on an annual basis.McDonald’s is one of the fortune 500 companies in the United States.

McDonald’s had several law suits filed against it because of violations of labor laws. The most recent was filed in April 2009 by four employees who claim that they were forced to work off the clock and that they didn’t get paid for all the hours they worked and that they were not paid overtime although they worked more than 40 hours per week.
